Still Cooking Along....

Although, not in my kitchen!!

For anyone that doesn't know, I'm an OTR truck driver who has discovered cooking!  I'm still learning but getting better. 

There for a while, I was at home quite a bit and took up serious cooking...then life happened and trucking went haywire busy.  So, I haven't been home in a bit and when I'm not home, I can't cook.  But if I'm not on the truck, I can't make money.  Round Robin sort of thing.

About May of next year, I'm hanging up my CDL and staying home.  You can be sure I'll be into the cooking stuff then!! 

I did make a killer potato salad the last time I was home...and didn't get a picture of it.  It was an Amish recipe and hubby just loves it!  Bad me!!
