It was a lot of work, but, ohhhh, soooo worth it!! Hubby went nuts for it. Made me feel pretty darn good!! There are carrots, celery, pearl barley, bay leaf (don’t ever eat one), cabbage, beef broth, diced tomatoes and stew meat. I have to say, I am very proud of myself. I’ve never done anything like this. I found the recipe on the ‘net, printed it out even though it looked like a lot of work (it was) and cooked that baby right up. Yummmyyyy!!!!
